Individual heating points

New heat points are used for heating and hot water supply of apartments, working with a coolant up to 120 °C. The heat output of heat substations is up to 20 kW for heating and up to 35 kW for hot water supply. Thanks to their compact standard design, they simplify and standardize planning, installation and further operation.

The heating point includes: a node for dependent connection to the heating network of a 2-pipe heating system, a differential pressure regulator that ensures the optimal operation of thermostats on heating appliances. To control the supply of heat to the heating system, depending on the outside temperature, an electronic controller is provided that controls the control valve with an electric drive. This method of regulation provides additional savings in thermal energy. Heating of water for household needs is carried out in a high-speed plate water heater, which makes it possible to largely avoid scale deposits in the heat exchanger and the formation of bacteria. All pipes are made of stainless steel with union nuts.
