Modular compressor stations

Modular stations are designed to supply enterprises with compressed air and gas. The stations are installed outdoors, with an ambient temperature of -40°C to +40°C, and are delivered in full factory readiness for launch. The station is a box insulated by a special method, in which all equipment with full piping is mounted. Depending on the requirements of the customer, the station can be manufactured according to individual dimensions. If necessary, technological hatches and gates are provided in the station.

The container has a rigid frame structure made of parts welded together from steel. The outer walls are sheathed with galvanized profiled sheet with a polymer coating. Inside the walls, the ceiling is lined with galvanized profiled sheet.

The floor under the compressor is covered with a corrugated steel sheet, the rest of the area is covered with CBPB with an anti-slip oil and petrol resistant coating, with a frame under it, providing a static load of 2000 kg at any point of the floor.

As a heater of a ceiling, walls and a floor, nonflammable heater is used. The structure of the roof is made of steel with a frame underneath, which protects the container and the equipment inside it from falling icicles. Anti-corrosion coating of all metal parts of the container (alkyd, vinyl chloride and polymer) ensures long-term operation. The container has a cable tray, cable gland, power shield. Lighting is provided by light fixtures with energy-saving lamps.
