DRD IVR PM – Ceccato’s new permanent magnet screw compressors

LLC Activ specialists successfully commission screw compressors of the DRD IVR PM series at the leading enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. These models have replaced the old ones: DRD 60IVR, DRD 75IVR and DRD 100IVR.

The DRD IVR PM family combines our Imperium variable speed technology with a new high efficiency electric drive with iPM technology (Innovative Permanent Magnet Power Drive Technology). This has taken the energy efficiency of variable speed compressors to a new level, achieving energy savings of up to 45%.

In addition, the new compressors have a number of distinctive features:

  • iPM electric motor of own design class IE4 (the highest class of energy efficiency).
  • Screw elements of the new generation of our own design are characterized by increased efficiency.
  • iPM motor with IP66 protection class – reliable protection against dust and water ingress.
  • No (additional) lubrication of the motor bearing is required.
  • Clutchless direct drive design requires no maintenance.
  • The electronic inlet valve is maintenance-free. The electronic inlet valve optimizes the inlet flow and improves efficiency.
  • Simple operation and full control with the touch controller ES 4000T.
  • Built-in ICONS compressor remote monitoring system optimizes costs and guarantees longer unit life.
